1, Branches of law + services which will be offered in terms of the package

• administration and recovery of debts (with the aid of specialised software), monitoring of the insolvency register
• reminders and court action, distraint and insolvency applications
• resolution of contentious contractual agendas from commerce, including representation
• appraisal of documents and their analysis
• drawing up of contracts, consultation
• resolution of corporate problems, i.e. review of internal company documents and performance of the necessary modifications
• drawing up of regular contractual standards in the form of specimen contractual documents, administration of the full industrial law and copyright agenda, including making of records and registration, renewal, research and resolution of disputes
• consultancy activity in the field of labour relations and review of organisational and work regulations and contracts

2, Content of the package

• direct on-line consultation on working days from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm (e-mail + telephone) lasting up to two hours
• two personal consultation sessions on the client’s premises or in the law office lasting a total of one hour
• processing of documents and submissions by a lawyer in priority time regime, i.e. within 24 hours (within 48 hours in the case of complicated submissions) from submission, taking up a total of one hour of the lawyer’s time.
