EU Law and International Law

We provide legal services in the matters involving foreign elements, especially in the area of international private law. We draft and review various legal documents written in Czech, English, German or Italian language, always concentrating on choosing the best options for our clients in terms of applicable law and jurisdiction. We also represent our clients before arbitration tribunals. We provide legal representation both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Our lawyers have wide experience of negotiation and elaboration of arbitration clauses and arbitration agreements, both in the process of contract formation and as a reaction to already existing disputes. Some attorneys are also elected as arbitrators.

Being a member of the Alliance of Business Lawyers, we are able to further enhance the quality of the legal services we provide by co-operating with other members of this organization. Besides Europe, the Alliance now operates in three other continents – Asia, Africa and North America.
